OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist Physician to join a high-quality, hospital-based obstetrics program in Austin, TX. This role is designed for physicians who thrive in an acute-care environment and value a model that dramatically improves patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring immediate, in-house OB/GYN expertise for all obstetric emergencies.

Position Highlights:

Hospitalist-only role with no clinic and no office management

Typically (7-9) 24-hour shifts per month

No on-call responsibilities outside scheduled shifts

Immediate availability to manage any obstetric emergency

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual compensation: $300,000 – $340,000

Requirements:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Completion of an ACGME-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Active Texas medical license or eligibility for licensure

Current DEA registration
