We are currently looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support our dynamic HR team. The HR Operations Specialist will own the onboarding process for new employees and will provide general HR support. The ideal candidate has a high level of attention to detail and is a collaborative team player able to work in a fast-paced environment. This role is hybrid and requires on-site office attendance three times a week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has experience in HR and is eager to get involved in all aspects within HR.This is a hybrid position based in our New York office.What You'll Do:Assist with the onboarding process for new hires including but not limited to:Running first day new hire orientation for in person and remote hiresCreating and maintaining employee profiles in ADP Workforce Now and other websitesConducting background checks and I-9 verification in compliance with E-VerifyProcessing new hire documentationScheduling new hire trainingFacilitate employee led corporate athletic league and Corporate Social Responsibility programsMonitor and respond to employee enquiries submitted through the HR Inbox Assist in the drafting of internal documentation including promotion documents, payroll status change forms, and employment verificationsMaintain the HR Intranet page and new hire/promotions announcementsRun and update monthly headcount reportsUpdate global organization chart monthlyAd hoc projects as requestedWhat You Have:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a minimum 3.0 GPA is required is preferredMinimum of 1 years of relevant experience in human resources administrationStrong project management skills with an ability to multitask and manage competing prioritiesExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage highly sensitive and confidential informationHigh-level of proficiency with Microsoft Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelCreative and strategic thinker with the ability to contribute ideas to the overall teamWhat We Offer:The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $68,000.
