In this role, you will work with precision metal components in a manufacturing environment, ensuring parts meet quality standards and customer specifications.ResponsibilitiesDeburr metal parts using hand tools and established processesAssemble components following work instructionsInspect parts for quality and accuracyUse measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers when requiredOperate in a production environment performing repetitive tasks with attention to detailHandle materials weighing up to 20 poundsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and manufacturing processesQualificationsRequired:Mechanical aptitudeStrong attention to detailComfortable performing repetitive workAbility to lift up to 20 pounds regularlyComfortable working around light chemical odorsPreferred:Deburring experienceAssembly experienceBlueprint readingGD&T knowledgeExperience using calipers and micrometersCNC machining exposureSchedule1st ShiftStandard Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMMonday through FridayFlexible start times availableFour 10-hour shift schedules available for some employeesOn-site positionThis is a Permanent position based out of Long Lake, MN.The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
