We are seeking a fast-paced, performance-driven Residential HVAC Sales Representative to drive neighborhood prospecting and close high-demand residential solutions—specifically energy-efficient mini-split heat pump systems and recurring HVAC maintenance packages. What You Will Do

• Neighborhood Prospecting: Execute door-to-door outreach in target residential territories across Western Colorado to introduce mini-split systems and home maintenance plans.
• Lead Follow-Up: Promptly return office calls, follow up on warm inbound inquiries, and conduct in-person home consultations.
• Consultative In-Home Sales: Evaluate residential heating/cooling needs, explain the benefits of ductless mini-splits, and present customized installation quotes.
• Sell Recurring Maintenance: Enroll homeowners into annual HVAC maintenance programs to build long-term client relationships and recurring service revenue.
• Pipeline Management: Track outreach activity, manage follow-ups, and coordinate with the office team to ensure seamless installation handoffs.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven B2C Outside Sales Experience: 1+ years of successful door-to-door, residential, or direct-to-consumer sales (HVAC, solar, roofing, pest control, or home improvement experience is a major plus).
• Hunter Mentality: Fast-moving, resilient, and unbothered by cold outreach. You love being out in the field and taking ownership of your territory.
• Strong Communication: Ability to build instant rapport with homeowners, explain technical equipment in simple terms, and close deals on the spot.
• Logistics & Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record for territory travel.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission: 10% of total contract value
• Realistic Earning Potential: $75,000 – $100,000+ total compensation in Year 1 for driven reps
