Supporting a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, the position focuses on production planning, scheduling, and materials management using Oracle systems to drive reliable execution and inventory accuracy.Qualified candidates must be able to work an on-site schedule at our Chillicothe, MO facility daily.Role Responsibilities: Plans and develops weekly production line schedules of assigned departments based on the master schedule plan.May schedule rework, unfinished parts and assemblies, new product releases and special orders.Analyzes shortages of both manufactured and purchased parts. Prepares all necessary support materials for production which includes route sheets, preparing shop packets, and printing shipping documents.Establishes effective communication with various groups such as customers, sales offices, Corporate, and plant production departments to ensure the on-time delivery of products through monitoring work orders from start to finish.Expedites and secures parts needed for production.Makes or recommends revisions to planned production schedules as necessary when schedules cannot be met which includes planning and preparing backup schedules and directing production supervisors on utilization of personnel.Keeps manager informed of production scheduling issues requiring attention​.Provide support in other areas when required.Comply with standard work practices and SOPs.Complies with all EHS and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED.Planning and scheduling experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or associate’s degree in supply chain, business, or related area.Experience with ERP systems such as OracleExperience in lean manufacturing environmentProficiency with Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis and ad-hoc reportsGood communication skills and strong sense of teamworkAbility to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectivelyImmigration Sponsorship Not Available:Applicants for this position must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, J-1, F-1, CPT, OPT, etc.).Donaldson will not offer immigration sponsorship or assume sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.International relocation or remote work arrangements outside of the U.S. will not be considered.Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability and VeteransEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
