Job Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyses—encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—following established protocols diligently.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing when required.
• Comprehensively document all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and uphold the highest standards of laboratory quality.
• Ensure a clean, safe workspace while strictly adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Required Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be secured within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure with us.
