Head of Brand Partnerships

Building and managing direct brand partnerships, the full-time Head of Brand Partnerships will create a new commercial revenue stream, leading negotiations and developing long-term relationships while working fully remotely. Key responsibilities Build and manage a pipeline of brand and agency partners from prospecting through to signed agreements Lead consultative conversations with marketing directors and C-suite stakeholders to position Bored Panda's offerings Develop and pitch bespoke partnership proposals across various content and creative formats Required qualifications 4-7 years of experience in media sales, content partnerships, or brand partnerships, with a preference for publishing experience Proven track record of building new business relationships from scratch Experience leading complex conversations with multiple stakeholders from initial contact to contract signing Strong understanding of media investment from a brand perspective Ambitious with a desire to eventually build and lead a team while being hands-on in the current role
