Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: 8hr Day Shift (40) Shift Information: 1000-1830 Clinical Interviewing- No On Call, Call Back Requirements: Yes 8-week rotation, discussed in interview Weekend Rotation: Every 4th weekend Holiday Requirements: Per unit needs Floating Requirements : None

Magnet Facility
Chest Pain Center: yes
Stroke Center: Yes

Department Information: Average patients/day: 50-75 for department

Minimum Years of Experience required: 2 required, 3 preferred

Will you accept a first-time traveler: yes if well qualified

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: ED, Inpatient, Outpatient, stroke, chest, procedural, trauma,

Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:

IEMA

Skills required: IV starts, stroke and chest pain work ups, trauma

Support within the Department:

Hospitalist 24/7
Intensivist 24/7
Trauma team 24/7

Technology/Equipment: EMR: EPIC

Department specific Equipment: Client CT scanners. Experience required

Floating: If yes, where: none

Orientation (facility and unit) :

NEO
Precepted shifts: 1 week

Scheduling:

Weekend rotation: every 4 th weekend
On call: Yes 8-week rotation, discussed in interview
Holiday Expectations: per unit needs
RTO: Manager to approve
Shift times: 10-1830
Schedule cycle: 8 weeks
