Facility Maintenance Supervisor

Facility Maintenance Supervisor A growing cannabis manufacturing and production company is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility operations, preventative maintenance programs, and a team of Maintenance Technicians. This role is responsible for ensuring all building systems and infrastructure remain operational to support day-to-day production activities. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the daily work of Maintenance Technicians. Assign and prioritize maintenance work orders. Oversee inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, roofing, security, and other building systems. Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for facility and mechanical equipment. Manage maintenance records, supplies, and contractor relationships. Monitor utility usage and support building automation and energy management initiatives. Partner with operations and engineering teams on facility improvement projects. Qualifications 3+ years of facility, industrial, or building maintenance experience. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience in cannabis, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, food production, pharmaceutical, or other industrial environments preferred. HVAC certification preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
