Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid RN license in good standing
• Prior experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or related fields
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Confident with solo or team-based work
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate health records
• Comfortable responding to medical emergencies and health concerns
• Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, triage, and manage the daily health needs of students
• Implement individualized healthcare plans
• Provide care for injuries, illnesses, and chronic conditions
• Dispense medications following proper regulations
• Conduct health screenings and contribute to wellness education
• Promote infection control and health guidelines as needed
• Document all encounters and follow school health protocols
• Collaborate with school personnel and parents to ensure integrated care
