Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current RN license (valid in Colorado or compact state)
• At least 1 year of Telemetry RN experience preferred
• Proficiency in independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks
• Strong patient assessment, care planning, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for telemetry patients
• Collect and assess ongoing health data to support effective care
• Provide patient and family health teaching and counseling
• Deliver supportive therapies, treatments, and execute delegated medical functions
• Review, monitor, and update therapy and treatment plans regularly
• Document care in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Utilize available resources and consult as needed
• Float to other departments or take on-call shifts as required
