Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a fulfilling opportunity serving K-12 students as an Occupational Therapist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This is a contract position based onsite near the vibrant community of Zolfo Springs, FL, providing hands-on support and intervention to students throughout the district. The role is full-time, totaling 40 hours per week.

Bring your passion for pediatric therapy and help students overcome barriers to academic and developmental success. You’ll work alongside educators and support staff, designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that empower learners at all grade levels.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in Florida (or eligible for licensure by start date)
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children (K-12)
• Knowledge of IEP process and relevant documentation
• Collaborative team-player attitude
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Previous school-based OT experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students onsite, supporting their academic performance and participation
• Assess student needs and develop evidence-based interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and consult with teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Adapt therapy to meet diverse student abilities and learning environments
• Serve as a resource on best practices for accessibility and student engagement

This position runs from August 2026 through May 2027, aligning with the academic year calendar. Full position details will be provided during the interview process.
