IAM Business Analyst

Requirements 7+ years of experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Ping, Okta, or similar tools. SailPoint and Ping preferred. 7+ years of business analysis experience in IT or CyberSec. Gathering business requirements, modeling processes, and facilitating cross‑functional meetings to develop technical specifications. Experience with one or more Texas State Agencies. Experience with security frameworks. Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA) or IAM certifications. Additional Qualifications Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, role‑based access control, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in process modeling tools and techniques. Skilled in creating and presenting executive‑level project communications. Skilled in gathering requirements from business divisions. Skilled in educating business unit staff on standardized processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills with peers and different levels of users, including executive staff. Skilled in facilitating group meetings with internal and external resources. Skilled in collaborating with technical and functional teams to develop Technical Specifications and other supporting documents. Experience implementing enterprise systems integration.
