Location: Remote within Colorado; candidates must be admitted to the Colorado Bar. If and when the firm opens a Colorado office, attorneys can expect some in-office presence. Candidates may share their work arrangement preferences, which the firm will consider.\n

Compensation And Benefits

• Base salary: $120,000–$275,000, depending on experience, level, and fit.
\n
• Eligible for discretionary biannual bonuses based on individual performance.

About the Opportunity: Our client, a growing plaintiff-side employment law firm, is seeking attorneys at all experience levels to handle Wage-and-Hour class actions. The firm has physical offices in Los Angeles and Seattle, and many of its attorneys work remotely or on a hybrid schedule. Candidates may share their work arrangement preferences, including full-time remote, which the firm will consider.\n

Responsibilities

\n
• Handle plaintiff-side Wage-and-Hour class action litigation.
\n
• Manage cases through the litigation process, from initial investigation and pleadings through discovery, mediation, and resolution.
\n
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, written discovery, and other litigation documents.
\n
• Take and defend depositions, as appropriate to experience.
\n
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
\n
• Develop case strategy and communicate with clients.
\n
• For senior or lead attorneys, mentor and supervise junior attorneys as appropriate.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Active Colorado Bar membership in good standing.
\n
• Experience handling Wage-and-Hour or class action matters preferred.
\n
• Attorneys with related employment litigation experience may also be considered.
\n
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to manage cases and deadlines independently, with support from the broader team.
