Opportunity to work as part of a diverse safety team to help strengthen our safety culture and improve hazard elimination for a world leader in manufacturing technology.**Role and Responsibilities****Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:*** Implement and manage safety compliance programs in adherence to federal, state and local regulations.* Manage electrical safety and hazardous energy programs.* Ability to anticipate, identify, and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices during task performance at a semiconductor facility.* Develop hazard control designs, methods, procedures, and programs; and advise and educate others.* Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of hazard control elements.* Evaluation of task performance to ensure compliance with site and regulatory requirements.* Document and track results to support safety program elements.* Conduct incident investigations, site inspections, identify root cause, determine corrective actions, and support implementation as related to safety compliance programs.* Conduct employee training for education on site safety requirements.* Review and audit pre-task plans, site risk analyses and standard operating procedures.**Skills and Qualifications****Here's what you'll need:*** Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science or Studies, Engineering or Risk Management, with 8-10 years’ experience required.* Master’s degree, professional EHS certification such as CSP preferred.*The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $179,090. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
