WHAT YOU WILL DO

As aDigital Producer, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of digital and brand content across Nike’s platforms. You’ll serve as a key production partner to design, marketing, and external creative teams—ensuring that every asset reflects the brand’s vision, meets technical standards, and delivers impact across channels.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Own end-to-end production for integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, retail, and experiential platforms. Translate creative concepts into executable production plans, balancing innovation with feasibility. Lead photo and video shoots, including pre‑production planning, on‑set execution, and post‑production delivery. Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and high‑quality output. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Design, Marketing, Editorial, Legal, Retail) to align on goals and deliverables. Source and manage creative talent including photographers, stylists, editors, developers, and illustrators. Oversee logistics such as casting, location scouting, travel coordination, and compliance. Ensure all content meets brand, accessibility, legal, and technical standards. Stay ahead of cultural and creative trends to inform production strategy and elevate storytelling. Document and communicate production workflows, timelines, and deliverables clearly across teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in creative production, digital content creation, or brand storytelling. Proven ability to lead complex productions from concept to delivery. Strong understanding of digital platforms, creative workflows, and production tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships. Passion for sports, fashion, culture, and innovation.
