What You'll Provide Our HHAs provide essential support that allows clients to remain comfortable and independent at home. Care may include: Assistance with bathing and personal hygiene Dressing and grooming Toileting assistance Activities of daily living Mobility and transfer support Meal preparation Medication reminders as permitted Light housekeeping related to client care Companionship Observing and communicating changes in client condition Maintaining appropriate documentation Following the client's established plan of care What You Bring Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate Authorization to work in the United States Reliability and professionalism Compassion for the people you care for Effective communication skills Previous home care experience preferred but not required What We Provide Competitive pay of $18–$22 per hour Weekly pay Flexible scheduling Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities Client cases throughout Putnam County Case matching based on your location and availability Supportive office and clinical teams At Rockaway Home Care, You're not a patient, you're family.
