As an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher, you are: Caring! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom. Engaged! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families. Knowledgeable! Complete extensive training that provides insight on child care, preschool and development topics. Creative! Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children. We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have: At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center. Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units. The ability to meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training requirements. Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children. Compensation and Benefits Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi‑weekly and daily pay options. Lead Teacher – $20.33–$22.59 Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full‑time employees. Limited medical offered for part‑time workers.
