Role Description The Financial Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Greenwood, IN. In this role, the individual meets with clients to understand their financial goals and concerns, and provides personalized recommendations for insurance, retirement, and investment solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one consultations, preparing and presenting financial plans, and reviewing existing policies and portfolios to identify gaps or opportunities. The role involves educating clients about financial products, maintaining accurate documentation, and following up regularly to ensure ongoing alignment with clients’ retirement objectives. The Financial Representative also collaborates with the local office team, participates in training and development sessions, and adheres to regulatory and company compliance standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to help clients build and manage comprehensive strategies for their future. Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance products to address health, life, and long-term care needs within overall financial plans. Candidates should possess a strong foundation in Finance and Investments to explain options, assess risk, and support wealth management decisions. Relevant financial or insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain them) and prior experience in financial services, sales, or customer-facing roles are beneficial. Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, along with a client-focused mindset.
