The June is backed by a global team of seasoned hospitality professionals, designers, and operators, and is dedicated to enriching members' lives through a focus on community, hospitality, design, and memorable experiences.

The June is seeking polished, attentive Servers to deliver elevated, member-focused dining service across our club's various outlets. This role is the primary point of contact for members and guests during service, responsible for food and beverage knowledge, pacing, and the warm, discreet hospitality that defines The June experience.

The ideal candidate is a genuine hospitality professional who takes pride in the details, reads the room, and builds real rapport with members over time.

Key Responsibilities

Service Execution

• Deliver full-service dining with accuracy, timing, and polish across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and private events as scheduled.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, preparation methods, and ingredients to answer questions and make informed recommendations.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth course timing and order accuracy.
• Set, maintain, and reset tables to The June's presentation standards.
• Handle member and guest requests, substitutions, and concerns with grace and discretion.

Member & Guest Experience

• Learn member names, preferences, and habits to deliver a personalized experience over repeat visits.
• Anticipate needs before they're voiced, from beverage refills to dietary accommodations.
• Represent The June's tone and standards in every interaction, on and off the floor.

Operational Support

• Follow proper POS, check-handling, and payment procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.
• Support opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
