We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals: Help the team to achieve and maintain an occupancy of greater than 95% Complete greater than 75% of all work orders within 48 hours Prepare vacant units for occupancy in 7 days or less Our company runs purely on EOS.
