Lot AttendantWe are looking for a dependable and motivated lot attendant to help keep our dealership organized, vehicles customer-ready, and our property looking its best. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in supporting our sales and service teams.The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working around vehicles in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsPaid trainingPaid time off and vacationGrowth opportunitiesEmployee vehicle purchase plansFamily owned and operatedLong term job securityFlexible work scheduleResponsibilitiesMaintain the appearance, cleanliness, and readiness of new and used vehicle inventoryWash and clean vehicle interiors and exteriors for display, service, and customer deliveryReceive incoming vehicles, verify identifying information, and inspect for damage or other concernsPark, move, and arrange vehicles throughout the dealership according to management direction and display standardsCheck and maintain vehicle fluids, batteries, and other basic vehicle needs as requiredInstall and maintain stock tags, buyer guides, key tags, and other materialsAssist customers and dealership departments with vehicle transportation, errands, deliveries, and other day-to-day needsPerform other duties as assigned by managementQualificationsValid driver’s license with a clean and acceptable driving recordAbility to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehiclesPositive attitude with strong teamwork and customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional appearanceAbility to work independently while supporting multiple dealership departmentsComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsPrevious automotive or dealership experience is helpful but not requiredAbility to pass required background and pre-employment screeningAbility to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for extended periods, as well as lift and carry up to 35–50 pounds when neededWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
