We are looking for a driven, high‑energy recruiter with experience in creating successful recruiting strategies to attract top talent and build a robust talent pipeline. Responsibilities Source and build a robust talent pipeline through creative recruiting strategies to attract both passive and non‑passive candidates. Act as the face of the company by building community relationships and promoting the brand. Partner with hiring managers to ensure seamless and successful hiring outcomes. Serve as a culture champion, ensuring every hire aligns with company values. Manage the entire hiring process from screening, interviews, to offers. Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies. Education College degree or equivalent experience. Experience 2+ years in high‑volume or technical recruiting. Proven experience recruiting for a broad spectrum of roles, ranging from high‑volume hiring to technical and sales positions. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Solution‑focused with creativity in implementing recruiting strategies. Independent, self‑motivated, and highly organized. Clear communicator with exceptional time management. Agile, adaptable, and able to navigate changing priorities. Collaborative and excellent team player. Requirements Raise objects up to 25 lbs. Remain stationary for extended periods. Ability to communicate information effectively. Ability to operate a computer. Possess/maintain a valid driver’s license. Travel requirement of 10%.
