About the Role

Ready 4 Work is seeking dependable and compassionate LPNs to join our per diem network. Choose your shifts, locations, and care settings from pediatric care to rehab and emergency assignments through our app.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
Administer medications and record patient responses.
Support rehabilitation and treatment plans.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
Promote a safe, caring, and professional environment.

Qualifications

Active LPN license.
At least 1 year of clinical or long-term care experience.
CPR/BLS certification required.
Strong teamwork and patient care skills.
