Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast-paced, and involves indoor/outdoor work, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers. Maintain quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns. Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while acting professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Qualifications Active driver’s license and legal registration to operate a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Age 21 or older. DOT medical certification. Documentation of previous employment. High school diploma, GED, or military service. Physical ability to meet job requirements. Strong customer service orientation, self-motivation, teamwork focus, positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit.
