Entry Level Sales Associate
Royalty Business Consulting is looking for motivated, outgoing, individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Associate. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to build professional experience in sales, customer service, communication, and leadership.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
What you'll do:
- Engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Explain promotions, pricing, and service options clearly
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Work towards individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership training
- Represent our client and company professionally
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, competitive, and goal oriented attitude
- Reliable and coachable
- Comfortable working directly with customers
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of the team
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
