Internal Medicine Physician

Healthcare United is seeking a Lead Primary Care Physician for outpatient primary care opportunities in Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio .

This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician interested in a high-impact, value-based care model with strong clinical support, smaller patient panels, and the ability to make a real difference in the lives of medically complex patients.

The incoming physician will provide outpatient primary care while also serving as a clinical leader within a collaborative, interdisciplinary care team. This role is ideal for a physician who enjoys direct patient care, leadership, mentoring, population health, chronic disease management, and improving outcomes through proactive, team-based medicine.

The model is built around quality care over volume , with longer patient visits, lower daily patient counts, and strong support from nursing, behavioral health, pharmacy, social work, care management, and clinical leadership.
