Hello, my name is Brian Smith and work for a 804 Technology and we are currently seeking an HR Generalist for a contract t to perm job opportunity located in St. Peters MO. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing professional-level human resources support in multiple functional areas including recruiting, employee relations, training, policy development, compliance, and HR systems administration. Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and supervisors by providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations matters. Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and coordination of onboarding and orientation.
