To enhance customer success and growth in the post-sales lifecycle, the full-time remote Services Specialist will manage the implementation of MES solutions, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction through training and outcome attainment. Key responsibilities Contribute to the implementation of MES solutions, managing technical deliverables and engaging throughout the project lifecycle to meet client needs Develop in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines and key business drivers to effectively execute policies and strategies Provide informal guidance to new team members and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and go-live readiness Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience (for roles in the USA) Advanced experience in Services & Digital Implementation Services (for roles outside of the USA)
