Junior Sales Representative

AO Globe Life works with major labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families across the US to provide permanent benefits. We are dedicated to protecting every child and serving all working families, and we are seeking a passionate Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team.

We are looking for an individual who will guide clients through their benefits programs, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and exceptional service. The ideal candidate s hould be people-focused, service-oriented, and confident in building long-lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients via phone and Zoom

• Build trust and maintain strong long-term client relationships

• Present permanent benefits programs in an engaging and professional manner

• Guide clients step-by-step to ensure they understand their entitlements
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation on time
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed company standards

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• 1 year of experience in customer service or sales experience preferred

• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success

• Comfort with digital tools such as Zoom and completing basic forms and documentation

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Quick learner with strong adaptability in fast-paced environments
