Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing the month-end close process, preparing accurate financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with departments across the organization and contribute to process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations. Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and providing necessary documentation. Review and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Maintain fixed asset records and ensure proper depreciation methods. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely resolution of accounting issues. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred. 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and/or corporate accounting. Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) a plus. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
