We are looking for a compassionate, patient therapist to deliver evidence‑based ABA services. Overview Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices and foster a positive learning environment for clients and families. Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families. Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to learn and passion about making a difference for children with autism. Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations. Reliable method of transportation. Need to Know Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community‑based locations. All positions start off part‑time. Encouraged to take the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course. Minimum 6‑month commitment required. Ideal Candidates Education or early childhood development background. Experience as teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide. Experience with after‑school programs or camp counseling. Background in behavioral health, mental health, or social services. Experience with ABA therapy or working with individuals with autism.
