Remote Full-Cycle Healthcare Talent Acquisition Consultant

Hospital Sisters Health System is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to connect healthcare professionals with meaningful opportunities. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with HR leadership and COE, and craft proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent for clinical and non-clinical roles.
Position is remote with travel; candidates must reside in WI, IL, or MO. The role includes daytime schedule, 40 hours/week, across Illinois and Wisconsin communities and our 13 hospitals.
