You'll blend strategy with hands-on production to connect with insurance industry audiences.What You'll DoManage social channels across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and RedditCreate social copy, blogs, graphics, and short-form video contentRun and optimize paid social campaigns via LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other platformsTrack performance metrics and use data to refine strategySupport executive and sales team social accountsCapture and produce content at industry events and conferencesWhat You NeedBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field3+ years managing B2B or corporate social media accounts with measurable resultsStrong copywriting skills across both short-form and long-form contentProficiency with professional creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or DaVinci ResolveExperience with paid social ad platforms and campaign managementNice to HaveBackground in insurance, insurtech, fintech, or SaaSExperience editing short-form video for digital platformsApplication RequirementsAfter your resume has been reviewed, shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide the following:Links to social accounts, campaigns, or brands you've managed, plus portfolio examples of content you personally createdA brief description of your role and any measurable results, noting which content you producedA short paragraph on one improvement you'd suggest for Input 1's or gotoPremiumFinance's social presenceCandidates who advance past the resume review stage will be asked to submit portfolio links and work samples demonstrating writing, design, and/or video skills.
