Key Qualifications:

• Valid school psychologist license (required)
• Experience or strong interest in working within elementary school settings
• Demonstrated understanding of educational testing, student assessments, and interventions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, families, and other school professionals
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage two elementary caseloads, delivering comprehensive psychological services to students
• Conduct assessments to support special education eligibility and student intervention planning
• Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for individualized support
• Develop behavior intervention plans and offer crisis intervention as needed
• Consult with staff and families to promote student mental health and academic success
• Maintain thorough records and documentation in compliance with school and state standards
