At Ashley in Leesport, PA, we rely on talented technicians to keep our heavy equipment dependable and safe for the work week ahead. If you excel at both mechanical and electrical problem-solving, this weekend position gives you the space to own outcomes and make a measurable impact.
Role focus- Preventive maintenance on heavy machinery to sustain optimal throughput.
- Rapid mechanical troubleshooting and repair to resolve faults.
- Safe work on power and control circuits across 120/208/240/480V.
- Electrical diagnostics and repairs that restore system integrity.
- Relay testing and machine safety inspections to meet standards.
- VFD and PLC upkeep and troubleshooting to stabilize controls.
- Conveyor system and servo motor maintenance and operation.
- Team-based reliability improvements and continuous optimization.
- Demonstrated experience in heavy equipment repair and mechanical diagnostics.
- Strong command of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Knowledge of relay testing and machine safety inspection practices.
- Hands-on experience with VFDs and PLCs (Allen Bradley preferred).
- Familiarity with conveyor systems and servo motor control.
- Ability to perform both independently and on a cross-functional team.
- Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to safety.
- Willingness to work weekends with flexibility for changing needs.
