Anticipate bartender needs Maintain a clean bar and lobby area including keeping tables clean and clear, transporting dishes to dish pit and running glasses through bar dishwasher. Keeping bar stocked with fruit, mixes, glasses. Tracking and stocking inventory of wine, liquor and kegs. Bus and pre-bus bar top and tables. Acknowledge guests on premises with "hello" and "goodbye" to all guests with a smile. Ensures functional operations of department equipment. Teamwork, assisting with other departments as needed. Review bathroom cleanliness (per training guidelines). Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements Frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Regularly: stand, walk, climb stairs, balance Use hands to grip, handle, feel, reach Talk and hear Lift 25 pounds at waist or shoulder level.
