Licensed Insurance Sales Representative $40K$55K | Buena Vista, VA

$40,000$55,000 Base Salary + Bonus & Commission

Are you an experienced insurance professional with an active Virginia P&C AND Life & Health license?

We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a sales + service position where you'll build customer relationships, provide insurance solutions, generate new business and help customers protect what matters most.

LICENSE REQUIRED

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• Life & Health license

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Sell and service Auto, Home, Life, Health and other insurance products
• Prepare quotes and present coverage options based on customer needs
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers
• Identify coverage gaps and additional sales opportunities
• Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking and follow-up
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Develop Financial Services opportunities
• Provide professional, responsive customer service
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active Virginia P&C and Life & Health licenses
• Insurance sales and/or service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business
• Ability to confidently ask for the sale and close business
• Self-motivated and organized
• Positive, professional attitude
• Strong commitment to customer service

WORK-LIFE BALANCE

• This is primarily an in-office position in Buena Vista, VA.
• After training, there may be opportunities to work from home several days per week.
• We're also open to discussing a 34 day in-office schedule for the right candidate.
