Lactation Consultant

We’re expanding our team to meet our growing appointments and looking for someone who values collaboration and has strong people skills. Location: Oregon, preferably near Portland but can be anywhere in the state Hourly Rate: $30-50 (DOE) Fully covered medical, dental, and vision for employee and dependent children Unlimited PTO Full tuition at WGU for up to 4 years Flexible work schedule with possibility of 3 or 4 day work weeks Key Responsibilities Supervision and auditing of medical notes from other IBCLCs within the larger company Provide lactation counselling to families, particularly clients on Medicaid Collaborate effectively with our small team Provide continuity of care for clients Required Qualifications IBCLC Credential RN or NP preferred. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; comfortable working as part of a small, close-knit team.
