This role involves mentoring Eligibility Specialists serving Indiana residents and ensuring that policies and procedures are followed effectively. The successful candidate will be organized, provide direction, and possess strong leadership and customer service skills. Eligibility Specialist experience is necessary, as well as at least a high school diploma or GED.
