Our successful candidate will have a proven track record of long-term advisor relationships, a wealth of industry knowledge, great communication skills, and a meticulous eye for detail. Aid clients in implementing financial recommendations such as savings plans, life insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs Execute exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given Gather each client’s financial information to determine financial status, cash flow, financial goals, and financial expectations Background in sales, business development, leadership, or other performance-driven roles; professional experience preferred Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and earn trust Self-motivated and competitive with a business mindset, capable of managing time, priorities, and client relationships independently Demonstrated desire to grow professionally, take on increased responsibility, and pursue leadership and advancement opportunities Relevant knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is vital Experience with computer programs, such as MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is essential Previous success in financial services as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is needed CPA license, or CFP (Certified Financial Planner license from Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards) and FINRA Series 7 and 66, are required Superior customer service skills, math skills, relationship skills, and communication skills are preferred Compensation $124,000 at plan commission Build a career where your ambition, impact, and income can grow together.
