This is an excellent opportunity for anattorney looking to handle sophisticated matters while working alongsideexperienced attorneys in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidatewill have a strong commercial litigation background, with experience in one ormore of the following areas: Lender-side foreclosures Bankruptcy and creditors’rights Loan workouts andrestructurings Real estate litigation General commercial and businessdisputes Candidates should haveexperience handling substantive aspects of litigation, including legal researchand analysis, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, communicatingwith clients and opposing counsel, and assisting with matters through resolution.
