Description As a Front of House Supervisor, you are actively involved in every aspect of event execution, from setup to service to breakdown. You are responsible for coaching and supporting your team while stepping into any role as needed. You often function as the primary on‑site lead for guest‑facing operations, ensuring smooth event flow, attentive service, and that all contracted details are executed to meet our high standards and client expectations. Successful Front of House Supervisors are confident decision‑makers who stay calm under pressure, manage multiple moving parts with attention to detail, and hold the team accountable through thoughtful coaching. This is part time variable position with evening and weekend requirements Our ideal candidate: Is approachable and balanced Advocates for what is right, not what’s easy Processes then operationalize information Always looks to improve the process Has accountability to results Embody the team‑player mentality, is approachable, level and will thrive working with all types of personalities Responsibilities Read event paperwork and mentally prepare in advance of event Conduct pre‑shift meetings and coach your FOH team to ensure everyone understands service standards, timelines, and responsibilities Oversee front‑of‑house operations during events, guiding team members, monitoring event flow, resolving issues, and ensuring service standards are consistently met Manage all off‑site event logistics, including setup, organizing, and breakdown of equipment and supplies Ensure client and guest timelines are followed and all contracted services are delivered Assign responsibilities clearly and hold team members accountable to performance standards and checklists Take full ownership of the guest and client experience Collaborate with BOH and Bar leadership to support overall event execution Submit detailed post‑event reports and professional feedback within 24 hours Attend quarterly supervisor meetings and required trainings for ongoing development Required Customer service supervisory experience Banquet or catering service experience Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving large vans Ability to lift, load, and move up to 50 lbs regularly Physical stamina to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and use hands for up to 8 hours Reliable transportation Maintain the 3‑shift per month minimum and be available for at least two weekends per month, with additional shifts during peak season Pass background check Eligible to work in the U.S. Preferred Flexible schedule and evening/weekend availability Supervisory or team leadership experience in hospitality or catering Experience driving large trucks or vans Bartending experience ServSafe certification If you think you’d be a good fit for this role, we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr Together & Company
