Journeyman Plumber

Mark III Construction is seeking a Journeyman Plumber for work on commercial/industrial projects in the Sacramento area. Plumbers will perform tasks associated with the assembly and installation of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility serves as a centralized hub supporting five core trades: HVAC, mechanical piping, plumbing, electrical, and metal-stud framing. To support our continued growth, we will be relocating from our current combined 62,000 square feet of office and operational space to a new 340,000-square-foot headquarters at 2031 Optisolar Lane , with the move planned for completion by the end of Q2 2026 . Must be able to read and understand construction documents and schedules Understands the entire scope of the job Able to manage portions of projects and be the “right hand” to the Foreman Capable of forecasting tasks and materials Must be knowledgeable of relevant codes and regulations Capable of doing basic take offs Able to prepare equipment and tool lists Experience working on large complex projects Certification in the operation of equipment and/or in other pertinent areas is a plus Ability to take initiative and be self sufficient Safety focused at all times Possess leadership and mentorship skills Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation Able to collaborate with other trades and have the “Power of One” mindset Brand Ambassador for Mark III Construction Physical Demands of posted job: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
