Field Service Engineer

Symmetrio is seeking multiple Field Service Engineers on behalf of a growing outpatient radiology organization.

We're looking for a hands-on engineer experienced in MRI, CT, and digital X-ray systems. Someone who can work independently in the field, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver exceptional service to clinical teams. This is a full-time position based in Orlando, FL. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. The salary range is $90,000$120,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair MRI, CT, and digital X-ray systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and functional inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and records in compliance with company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with site staff through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Serve as a technical resource to peers and system operators, providing guidance on equipment performance and usage.
• Collaborate with manufacturer representatives and clinical teams to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in training programs to expand technical expertise and maintain OEM or industry certifications.
• Support on-call coverage on a rotating basis, including occasional evenings or weekends.
