What You'll Do Own performance ad creative through the entire lifecycle, from concept to launch Research and analyze creative trends to inform and develop ad concepts that drive new customer growth Write creative briefs and manage creative projects through production with creators, freelance specialists, and agencies Apply hands‑on production skills including copywriting, designing, and/or video editing where applicable Leverage AI tools to build and optimize creative workflows and enhance campaign effectiveness Quality assure ad creatives to ensure brand guidelines and channel best practices are being followed, then prepare creatives to launch on the targeted channel Analyze campaign results and develop insights to inform future creative production Develop a strong understanding of product category insights, channel algorithms, new customer behavior, and performance drivers Must‑Have Qualifications 5‑10 years experience in performance creative strategy and/or growth marketing Track record of ideating and producing creative that generates $100,000+ media spend or scaled organic views Demonstrated creative thinking abilities with a portfolio showcasing your work Experience using digital advertising metrics and performance analysis to drive strategy, particularly on Meta Experience with creative and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and/or AI tools for creative production Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Can‑do attitude and eagerness to learn Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce health and wellness brands (i.e. supplements) Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce subscription brands Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field Who You Are A creative thinker who stays informed about online trends and social media developments Someone who enjoys the intersection of creativity and data A curious mind who is interested in consumer psychology and behavior A detail‑obsessed self‑starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously An adaptable professional open to feedback and continuous improvement Why This Role Hands‑on execution on one of Atlas's most important growth levers Opportunity to build new creatives and workflows that make a real impact Small, high-caliber team with real autonomy and fast decision‑making Products customers genuinely love—and stick with An opportunity to sit at the intersection of creative and growth What We Offer Join a team of high‑performers who like to move fast, think innovatively, and create great work Work on top-rated products across coffee, tea, and functional wellness Grow your skills with professional development opportunities Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, and paid holidays PTO, sick time, and a remote‑friendly culture with a hub in Austin, TX Performance bonus opportunities Base Salary Range: $70,000-100,000/year. Individual pay is based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and other job‑related reasons.
