Group Quality Supervisor

Charlie Health seeks a Group Quality Supervisor to elevate the consistency and effectiveness of our virtual IOP and PHP group programs for teens, young adults, and families. In this role, you will oversee the quality of group-based care by monitoring outcomes, documentation, and adherence to evidence-based protocols across our nationwide virtual platform. You’ll use data to spot trends, lead quality improvement projects, and coach group facilitators to deliver safe, engaging, and clinically excellent care. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will help refine workflows, uphold compliance, and advance our mission to expand access to high-quality mental healthcare.
