Job Title: Senior Java Full Stack Developer Healthcare & Azure
Location: Pleasanton, CA (80% Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Azure Cloud, Healthcare Integration, and Modern Web Technologies.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot, React/Next.js, Azure DevOps, and healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, SMART on FHIR, Epic Integration, and EHR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java 17, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Develop modern UI applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Implement Redis caching, API security, and performance optimization strategies.
- Develop batch processing solutions using Spring Batch.
- Integrate enterprise systems using Apache Camel and messaging patterns.
- Deploy and manage applications on Azure Cloud and AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
- Implement AI-enabled solutions and integrate AI services where applicable.
- Collaborate with business, architecture, and clinical teams to deliver healthcare solutions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and security requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise healthcare platforms and payer/provider ecosystems.
- Knowledge of containerization, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architecture.
- Azure certifications and healthcare interoperability certifications are a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and architecture skills.
- Hands-on technical leadership and mentoring capability.
- Ability to work in an Agile delivery environment with cross-functional teams.
