What You'll Do as an Electrical Assembler

• You'll help build high-quality electronic components and final assemblies used in essential equipment. This is hands-on, detail-focused work where your accuracy and craftsmanship truly matter.
• Assemble, wire, and finalize electrical devices and assemblies of varying complexity
• Load firmware/programs using computers and peripheral hardware
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and CAD drawings
• Accurately measure, drill, punch, and cut metal enclosures
• Install components, crimp connections, and route wiring to engineering specifications
• Apply labels, package peripherals, and complete assembly documentation
• Use an ERP system for material transactions and logging data
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Perform occasional cycle counts to verify stock accuracy
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Related electrical assembly experience or technical training preferred
• Ability to read electrical schematics, CAD drawings, and wiring diagrams
• Basic computer skills (MS Office 365, email, Apple OS)
• Comfort using hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
