Your responsibilities include: Clinical Assessment & Planning Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments Develop individualized behavior intervention plans Design skill acquisition programs targeting communication, social, academic, and adaptive living skills Supervision & Team Support Provide high-quality supervision to RBTs and/or BCaBAs in alignment with BACB standards Facilitate team meetings and caregiver training sessions Guide staff through case conceptualization, data analysis, and intervention adjustments Partner with families to ensure understanding, consistency, and empowerment Collaborate with ILP’s multidisciplinary team (SLPs, OTs, PTs) when appropriate Communicate progress, concerns, and updates professionally and clearly Service Delivery Provide ABA services in the home, school, and community Create a positive, engaging learning environment for children Uphold ethical standards and ILP’s mission through all interactions What You Bring to the Mission Required Qualifications Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) State licensure (if applicable: FL or GA) Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance Ability to travel to clients across home, school, and community settings Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to use technology effectively (data collection, documentation platforms) Professionalism, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience developing and supervising behavior intervention plans Experience working with individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities Familiarity with Medicaid documentation standards Florida Medicaid Provider ID (for FL roles) — Preferred but not required CPR/First Aid Certification Locations We are hiring BCBA Contractors in: Metro Atlanta (DeKalb, Fulton, Gwinnett, Cobb, surrounding areas) Contractor rates vary by state and experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
